Tree Towne Social Media Contest Rules & Terms

 

• By entering, you agree to the Official Rules.

• Eligibility: The Tree Towne Social Media Contest is open to legal residents of Florida who enter on one of Tree Towne's social media channels. Entrants must be 18 or older to qualify. Tree Towne's employees and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

• Sponsorship: Tree Towne (Seasonal Enterprises Inc.) is the Sponsor of the contest.

• Agreement to Rules: By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

• Entry Period: The promotion begins on November20th at 9:00 AM EST and ends the week before Christmas or until Tree Towne closes.

• How to Enter: Enter by posting a photo taken at Tree Towne or of a Tree Towne Christmas Tree and tagging @visitourtowne on either Facebook and/or Instagram. Entries must meet all requirements in the Official Rules to be eligible. Fraudulent methods of entry may result in disqualification.

• Prizes: The Winner of the Tree Towne Social Media Contest will receive a Christmas Tree Package, including a Christmas Tree of up to 8 feet, a wreath, and a garland. The winner can purchase a larger tree by paying the difference. The prize is non-transferable, and the Winner is responsible for any taxes.

• Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

• Selection and Notification of Winner: The Winner will be chosen by Tree Towne staff and notified by direct message in late December 2024. Failure to respond to DM within 48 hours or non-compliance with rules may result in forfeiture. If the first Winner does not respond in 48 hours another Winner will be chosen. 

• Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your submission for promotional purposes (such as posting the winner's first name on the Tree Towne website and/or announcing the winner's first name and entry location on social media)

• Terms & Conditions: The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest for certain reasons. Tampering with the contest or violating these rules may result in disqualification.

• Limitation of Liability: You release the Sponsor from any claims or damages related to participation in the Tree Towne Social Media Contest.

• Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved in a court in Florida. You waive the right to seek punitive or consequential damages.

• Privacy Policy: Information submitted is subject to the Privacy Policy on the Tree Towne website.

• No purchase is necessary to enter. 

• This contest is in no way affiliated with COSORI or Meta. 

 

 

Ninja Creami Giveaway ​​

Official Rules – Tree Towne Ninja Creami Giveaway

Eligibility:
The giveaway is open only to customers of Tree Towne Christmas Trees in the state of Florida. A qualifying purchase is required to participate, which includes the purchase of any product sold at a Tree Towne location. Void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Rules:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Seasonal Enterprises Inc., which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

Sponsor:
This giveaway is sponsored by Seasonal Enterprises Inc., consisting of Tree Towne, Pumpkin Towne, and Rocket Towne.

How to Enter:
Each eligible action counts as one (1) entry. By entering, you agree to subscribe to our email list. Seasonal Enterprises Inc. generally sends no more than 10 emails per year.
Bonus entries may include:

Signing up for our Tree Towne mailer (by doing so, you authorize us to send you one printed flyer annually by mail).

Uploading a photo (by doing so, you grant us permission to use the photo on our social media, website, or other marketing materials).

Following our official social media accounts.

Writing a testimonial for our website (by doing so, you grant us permission to publish it on our website and marketing materials).

Leaving a review on Google (by doing so, you agree to submit a review; however, there is no requirement as to rating or content).

Sharing Tree Towne with friends (as instructed through official entry guidelines).

Any additional methods as announced during the season.

Privacy:
Information submitted is for the sole use of Seasonal Enterprises Inc. and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random near the end of the season. The winner will be notified by email (and by phone if a number is provided). The selected winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed in that time, another winner will be randomly selected.

Prize:
One (1) Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker. The prize may be picked up in person at a Tree Towne location or, if available, delivered locally within Florida by Seasonal Enterprises Inc. at no additional cost. No cash or other prize substitutions permitted.

Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to the use of their name, likeness, testimonial, and prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions:
Seasonal Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
